Mark Richardson

Team Leader Mark Richardson was born and raised in Brampton, Ontario by immigrant parents. Richardson was naturally drawn to entrepreneurship and real estate as he witnessed the importance it held and the security it created in lives of everyday people. His mother frequently referred to their home as their castle and insisted their modest dwelling be treated that way -- a philosophy Richardson holds to this today. From selling tadpoles to neighbours at the tender age of 5, to making paper rings to sell to classmates in grade school. Richardson purchased his first rental property at the age of 20. He has hands on experience with buying, selling, building and investing in commercial and residential real estate.
